Chalice Maternity Online Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between the customer (you) and Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd.

Please read the following terms and conditions before ordering your purchase with Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd. By completing and submitting a customer order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions of Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions and stock offers without prior notice.

1. Content, Copyright and Trademark

All media, software, text, graphics, photos, logos, artwork and other content on this site is owned or licensed by or to Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd. No part of this site and no content may be reproduced, recorded, sold, rented, broadcast, posted, uploaded, displayed, altered or transmitted in any other way without Chalice International Maternity's prior written consent.

2. Purchases and Payments

All prices on this site are quoted in Australian dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all taxes in that regard.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd reserves the right to change product prices and billing types without notice. All prices will be effective upon posting on the site. The price applicable shall be the price on the date the purchases are confirmed as ordered.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or losses suffered by a customer whose Credit Card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

All payments must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

3. Delivery

Delivery Charges

All stock is available for delivery in Australia only.

For all deliveries within Australia a $9.95 delivery charge will be
applicable to purchases under $99.95. All purchases over $99.95 will have a free delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders will be delivered to your nominated address within 14 days of the
order taken.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for
late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details
provided to us or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd allows goods to be picked up from our store.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd cannot deliver goods to P.O. Boxes.

A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept Goods. Anybody at the delivery address whom recieves the goods will be presumed to be authorised to recieve the goods on your behalf. If nobody is present at the delivery address a notice will be left to contact our delivery agents to arrange a delivery time.

4. Available Stock

The stock featured on this site has been included on the basis that the stock including colours and sizes will be available at the time of customer purchase.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will make sure to do its best to ensure that all stock ordered by you will be delivered to you. If stock you have ordered is not available Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will refund your item and delivery purchase amount or you may choose another stock item to purchase.

5. Returns

If you wish to return an item, Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd has a 21-day returns policy.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will refund the purchase once the stock is returned to us undamaged. Please feel free to contact us if any uncertainty (03 62342898).

Please note that delivery and handling fees are not refundable unless required by law, and this returns policy is for goods purchased online.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours (contact: 03 62342898) of placing the order. If the goods are in transit, you must return as per clause 5.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through processing the order, will be shared with our delivery agent for purposes of delivering your order.

Your personal information is treated with the greatest of care.

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd collects personal information, including names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers and billing information.

Why We Collect Information

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd collects your personal information only for the purposes of processing your order and to communicate with you regarding your purchase.

Sharing Of Information

Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd will never sell or rent your personal information. We may however release your information under the following circumstances.

• Where required by law.

• Our records indicate the customer may be involved within fraudulent activity that a government agency should be made aware of.

8. Consent To Communication With You By Email

By purchasing stock with Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd you grant permission for Chalice International Maternity Pty Ltd to contact you via email or phone regarding your purchase, delivery and any other information that may need to be forwarded to you regarding the initial transaction. Please note that this is not a tool for us to send marketing emails.
